ECP advised on the sale of Global Justice Solutions (GJS) to Coffey International (AU$800 million revenue at the time). GJS was a global consulting and project management business specializing in development assistance to governments, major development agencies, and other national-level clients in law, justice, policing, and governance.

ECP developed a research and acquisition strategy for Cardno Ltd, a publicly listed company specializing in professional services, engineering, and International Development Assistance over a four-year period. Reviewed more than 50 acquisition targets and participated in ten acquisitions across Australia, the UK, and the USA.

ECP were the lead advisors in seven major transactions for UK and US law firms establishing in Australia and the Asia Pacific Region through combinations introduced and facilitated by ECP.

ECP raised capital for establishing one of the world’s first law firm disruptors, managed two acquisitions, and sold to international alternative law firm leader Lawyers on Demand, with over 5,000 legal experts in 25 countries.
